I understand that any misrepresentation, omission, or false information found at any stage of the application process will lead to the cancellation of my application and may also make me liable for legal action as per applicable laws.
Furthermore, I agree to pay the refundable application fee promptly after registration, as required by the scheme guidelines. I also undertake to pay the remaining amount due after the subsidy has been sanctioned, in advance, to enable the timely processing and release of the equipment. I fully understand that failure to comply with these payment terms may delay or invalidate the release order, and I accept all the terms and conditions laid down by the authorities for availing the subsidy.
